


After our walking tour we retraced all our steps because the guide had pointed out so many delicacies for us to try. We visited Frites Atelier run by a 3-star Michelin chef who opened a fry (don't call them FRENCH fries when in Belgium) shop with the goal of getting a Michelin star for simple fries. He's on his way. We visited the shop twice in one day, the second time I tried a batch with peanut sauce.
