Our German itinerary did not include Munich and I was sorry that I would miss seeing the extended family. Not only did our first snowfall meet us in Nuremberg but so did the whole family! We had a wonderful afternoon together and they showered me with presents, lunch, and Nuremberg specialties including blueberry gluhwein and lebkuchen (more about that soon). Thank you, Harald, Ric, Chris, Stephi, Vanessa, Emilia, and Luisa for the Christmas cheer.
