Schneeball (snowball) ranks as Rothenburg's most famous sweet treat. I regret to inform you that I haven't attacked it yet. It appears in every market and I intended to wait until Rothenburg to give it a whack. But now that I'm here I question why I'd want to eat a softball sized knot of pie crust that requires a hammer. Am I slipping?
